I would like an answer about how this is going to be fixed. The crosswalk ramp to the left in the pic is where the school crossing guard escorts children across Ridge Rd. This area is COATED with ice from water splashes throughout winter, not just the places where you see standing water in the pic. It's very dangerous to pedestrians AND vehicles not just during winter storms but ANY TIME the road is frozen and it has rained. Children are crossing here at very early morning hours before sun melts the ice here. Additionally, Ridge Rd. sidewalk was designed for heavy pedestrian use and is used by people like me for exercise. PLEASE INSPECT and report back to me a solution. Thank you.

I would like to know the resolution to this problem. If there will be no resolution, I would like to know that, too.

If I got a response, I would close this, but so far, no one has explained to me an action or INaction plan.

I'm going to close this in spite of the fact the problem was not resolved.

In spite of the fact I've heard nothing about attempts to resolve this issue or simply a response saying it won't be resolved, I am closing this issue.
