Description

After spending lots of taxpayer money last year to install drought tolerant landscape, nobody comes to maintain it. The sidewalk along Lincoln north of foothill parkway is a mess with tree droppings and large sections of the landscape have died and are bare. Lots of plants along foothill parkway west of Lincoln have been pulled out and not replaced. The landscaping looks like a disaster.
