This property owner was given a Notice of Violation for the front yard parking in December. He is currently going through the permitting process with the City for the new gravel drive. Our inspector spoke with him on Friday and he is aware the tenants have crossed the berm he built. He has spoken with them regarding this issue and they will be fixing the berm.
