The bushes in the parkway along the west side of Lincoln at Silvercreek are getting a bit high. As you can see from the photo, when stopped at the limit line, oncoming traffic cannot be seen without moving past the limit line and creeping out into the traffic lane. These bushes present a safety hazard. The photo is taken from my POV, and my car is a standard midsize sedan (not some lowered compact car).
