On the Voc Tech - Medford High service road on the corner by the Pool, there should be a 2-way stop (and was, Until it was plowed away in the snow this past winter). Specifically, There was a stop sign this rear corner that told people who were "leaving" to stop. (Those "arriving" still have a stop sign, visible edgewise)
