The people pulling into traffic (out of the taco bell/cook out lot) have the stop sign which means everyone else has the right of way. I am constantly afraid that someone is going to pull out into my line of travel at this intersection and it can't be long until someone actually does get hit there.

Also, stop sign coming into Renaissance Park on Arpent Way. Through traffic should NOT stop.

I am not sure where Arpent Way is but it might not be part of this discussion. I apologize if I am incorrect.

This is a very dangerous area. I have had to dodge cars several times either almost pulling out and hitting me or causing people to almost hit them. This truly needs to be addressed by the city.

The City is currently working with NCDOT, since portions of this road are state maintained, to determine an appropriate solution to the traffic issues at this intersection. As you know it is a very complex location and the solution will likely be costly. Staff appreciates your patience as a thorough investigation is done.
