So ever since I can remember living in the area, (20 years) there have been a group of older gentlemen that meet daily at Victoria park. It has been only old men gambling with pennies and coins, however now they are attracting young men from the area to gamble with them. This is at the benches adjacent to the children's swingset. This is a recurring event.

It would be nice if at the very least they could gamble at the benches in the back of the park instead of at the front, let alone not gamble near the swigset.

Graffiti sticker has been on there for ages, also another graffiti sticker going west on kellogg from that intersection on the right side of the road, about 1 block down

Graffiti at Victoria Park on the welcome sign.. I actually saw the people do it the night before it was 4 young kids appeared to be jr. High age.. It was at night around 10:00pm two of them looked to be female the other two male. It was too dark to tell anything else.

After almost getting rammed by a car near ontario and magnolia, I noticed the other driver had no front license, from which she sped away. Driving only 2 1/2 miles around Corona, I actually counted 50 cars driving with no front license, which is not stretching numbers, it was exactly 50. Something's gotta be done about this. This happened around 6:40pm yesterday (Friday)
