    51st is now the Autobahn. Drivers are speeding over 60mph, often U-turning and speeding back in the opposite direction. In the past OPD has set up a speed trap with motorbike officer at Lawton with radar aimed towards Broadway and 2nd officers waiting @ 51st and Shafter. Speeders pulled over literally every minute all day long. Does OPD need cash? Here is your solution.
