Description

The encampment on 45th Street is growing. Extending now to the other side (east) of Telegraph into residential neighborhood. More cars and thrash everywhere. It is the responsibility of the city to ensure safety for all during this health crisis. To provide a place for these individuals and not allow encampments in residential areas while the virus is spreading. There are many empty areas in Oakland. The situation on 45th Street needs to be addressed immediately for the health and safety of all.
