Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for contacting the OAK 311,but additional information is needed. Is the RV violating any parking restrictions or are you reporting it is abandoned? If it is abandoned, can you please provide each of the vehicles' make, model, color and license plate number. This information will help us better process your request to the Oakland Police Department, Abandoned Auto Unit. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for contacting the OAK 311. Parking Enforcement gives vehicles parking tickets if they are violation a parking rule. The Oakland Police Department Abandoned Auto Unit tags vehicles that have been parked on the street, in the same space, for more than 72 hours. Now of the vehicle has been tagged and has moved but is still parking on the street for more than 3 days, we can send this to Nuisance Abatement for storing a vehicle on the street. Do you have an address of who owns the RV? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
