Description

Homelss camp located in the storm drain. There has been a pregnant blond lady down there . That is her laying in the storm drain. Couple of females with purple hair & bikes and a group of homeless men with bikes frequent this specific opening in the storm drain . Next to the promenade overpass and across from US Battery
