Description

Mail carrier was delivering mail, when dog owner saw mail carrier took dog off his leash and dog started to chase after the carrier

Unable to contact complainant. Dog owner states dog was accidentally let out when letter carrier was coming up the stairs. Dog did not leave property. Dog did not display any aggression towards me and was happy and calm during visit. Dog owner advised to be more aware of surroundings.
