It’s a free country. As long as residents are not parking on your property it’s none of anyone else’s business. Law enforcement have way more important responsibilities they need to attend to.

Hi there! Thank you for submitting this request through SeeClickFix and for letting us know about this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CC24-0665. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.

By law, we are unable to share enforcement details regarding open investigations on public domains such as SeeClickFix. Therefore, your SeeClickFix request will be closed. However, rest assured, we will continue working with the responsible party until compliance is achieved.
