Thank you for using See Click Fix to inform us about this possibly abandoned or illegally parked vehicle. We’ve assigned this issue to an officer to address.
Please note: A California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Please click on the following link to review our Community Care Taking and Parking and Towing Q&A’s: https://bit.ly/3DjtjoB.
If you have any questions or would like to speak to one of our team members, we’d love to hear from you. Please give us a call at (951) 736-2330, option 5, Monday – Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM. Thank you for helping to keep our streets safe!

If this law does not allow recourse against illegal parking? Then how are these laws enforced?
Pepe’s towing company will be towing left and right without consideration for “constitutional reasonableness”.
