Description

This light gets fixed periodically and then reverts to the same issue. It's been doing this for years. It is supposed to be on a sensor, but instead it just goes to a green left turn arrow and then a red light for everyone going into Edwards Mill Rd from Wade Park Blvd. It takes at least 5 minutes to get a regular green light, so everyone just runs the red light.

I think one of the issues is that a cop will reset it for PNC Arena events but doesn't set it back correctly. Could someone fix this issue, and also educate the cops how to get it back properly?
